Homogenising the sales pitch. Simulation of voice conversation.

In a context of regrouping all the brands under a single name, Lefebvre Dalloz called on the conversation simulator to accompany its transition and train its teams in the pitch of the company and the brand.

The audio conversation simulation has 3 educational objectives:

  • Standardize the sales pitch
  • Improving the customer experience
  • Maintaining brand loyalty

Target: To train 300 people with various profiles.

Format: Voice simulation, conducted in French.

LMS: Talensoft

I couldn't put the 300 people in a situation and this allows for a phenomenal increase in the number of situations.
